PREAMBLE
American Deal Makers, hereafter referred
to as ADM ( consultant) has certain lucrative International relationships and :

Hereafter referred to as the client
is an individual seeking to realize the advantage of these business relationships.
RECITALS
ADM Consultant will make best efforts
to assist in obtaining a source of secured or unsecured loan for the specific purpose of international investments utilizing
the services of said consultant.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Client will wire
transfer the proceeds of the prior mentioned funds/proceeds to ADM Consultant acting as escrow agent for a given foreign entity.
ADM Consultant will
within three (3) United States banking days lend these funds to a foreign entity chosen in its sole discretion. This entity
must be one which is managed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles showing it to be a viable
and stable enterprise.
ADM Consultant will
negotiate an agreement with this entity to repay client(s) 100 % per year based on the actual total funds
loaned by the client for the term of the unsecured loan , unless negotiated otherwise, obtained from the source referred by
the ADM Consultant. It is further understood at the expiration of the term of the loan, ADM Consultant will issue the amount
of the original deposit back from the foreign entity for the transmission by wire transfer to the client.
The foreign entity, not being under
the jurisdiction of the United States, shall not transmit any form 1099 or any other similar advice to the client. It is the
responsibility of the client to make any required reports to the IRS.
This agreement is a workable contract
and shall take effect and remain in force only if proceeds are received from client no later than _____/____/200__. ADM Consultant
shall send Verification Of Receipt of Funds no later than three banking days receipt of same.
The parties herein indicate their understanding
and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement by affixing of their signatures below.
